His personalized approach to recruitment, selection through identification of talent, succession planning, executive development and team engagement has proven successful in world-class organizations throughout various industries including retail, luxury goods, consumer products, hospitality and oil & gas. Brad spearheads several initiatives that have propelled companies to sustained growth with talent strategies around culture, performance and retention.
Serving as Managing Director of PSIGMA, Brad leads teams to create human capital talent strategies and partners with all sizes of corporations, managing global projects with cross-functional participation and collaboration from HR centers of expertise.
In addition to his executive career, Brad serves on several advisory boards. Over the past 15 years, Brad has established himself as a thought leader in the field of executive development and human capital.
Brad has studies in international business and languages at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska, and the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Querétaro, Mexico. His expertise in scientific talent assessment tools and luxury service models have allowed him to create a consulting offering for world-class organizations seeking to find key differentiators in their market.
Brad, along with his wife Brenda and son Liam, enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling the world, and spending time with friends and family throughout North and South America.
